Age:: 12 months
Clan/ Group:: Windclan
Postion:: Newly Made Warrior
Description:: i41.tinypic.com/ms0f3c.jpg
Moonshade is a long-haired grey tabby, with a lighter white belly. The color of her belly spreads to her legs, so it looks like she has a grey blanket thrown over her back. The base of her fuzzy tail is white and and gray tipped, being is the same grey on her back. Speckles of white pepper her grey back. Her icy blue eyes intensify her face, making her have a friendly complexion. She has a skinny build, nimble in fighting but not very strong.
Personality:: Grumpy at times and not planning on having kits, Moonshade is usually friendly but frowns upon she-cats that squeal over small mice and annoying kits. She has a soft spot for kind, modest toms and loves to help. She dislikes fighting but loves to extend her claws in the heat of the moment. She prefers brains over brawl any sunrise or moonfall. She's shy and quiet around people she just met, and prefers to listen to the kind of cat they are before fully plunging into who she is, but is extremely outgoing if she decides to speak to you again.
Family::
Father : Speckledpelt : Rouge : Dead
Mother and siblings unknown
History:: Raised single-pawedly by her father, Speckledpelt, she's a very sensible, stern cat that doesn't love people easy. When she was a kit, her mother abused her and tried to force her to open her eyes and make her walk from an early age, causing her to have a poor eyesight and awkward legs, but she still is nimble and quick. One day when her father had protected her from her mother, the queen had lashed out and banished Moonshade and Speckledpelt. Moonshade had only learned stories about her mother and siblings, but her father only told her the things that happened and never their names. When wandering the territory one day with her father, they bumped into another pack of rouges, 5 in total. The rouges refused to go on peacefully, and the fight began when the rouge had slashed at Speckledpelt. “Run, Moonshade!” he hissed, dried twigs making snapping noises as his body landed on top of the rouges. “I won’t leave you”! She whimpered, slashing wildly at younger rouge’s silver face. She snapped out of blind fear and tried to think of better fighting tactics when she kicked the small tom away, staggering up herself. He dove for her and she ducked, using her head to knock the left side of his belly. He spiraled onto the dusky ground, and she pinned him down. Shoving her claws on his throat, she snarled “Flee. Or die.”. The small cat scrambled underneath her, wailing to get away “Flee! Flee!” he begged, Moonshade jumping off him as he bolted into the bushes. She wiped around to see the eldest rouge on top of her father, and the other three surrounding her. Widening her eyes in fear, she tried to look scared “P-Please don’t hurt meeeee-“ cutting herself off, she screamed and slashed at the eye of the nearest one, sending her squealing and tumbling backwards as the other two rushed forward to the tabby she-cat. Before being covered in claws and fur, she glimpsed her father now dodging the same rouge and the blind eyed one fleeing. She nipped one rouge’s tail, being slashed and bitten in every place possible. She was proud she had beaten two, but she knew she couldn’t beat a whole 4 by herself. Her ears rang at a screech and she blacked out, darkness enclosing her eyes. She opened her eyes later, only to see a matted mass of fur covered in fur and blood. Waking up immediately, she wobbled over towards the body…bodies… there were 3 bodies. The silver one with flecks of white, nearest to her, she recognized as her father. “D-Daddy?” she whispered, nuzzling his fur. It was still warm. “Daddy!” she squealed, bouncing up and down. His eyes laid closed, but peaked open. A smile spread across his face at the sight of his daughter. “Daddy, are you okay?” she murmured, nuzzling in his warm fur more and savoring it. “Sweety,” he rasped, turning his head towards her. “I..I’m not well..” he admitted. Fear stricken, she looked at the two other bodies. One was the larger cat Speckledpelt had originally been fighting and one of the rouges that had attacked her before she passed out. The other seemed to have fled. “Daddy, I’ll get you some hel-“she started. “No.” he interrupted. “I need to tell you somethin’. The large cat is your brother. He and his gang attacked us” he paused in a storm of coughs and wheezes. “A-attacked us and I... I had to kill him... they wouldn’t back down.” Disbelief clouded Moonshade’s blue eyes and she nodded. Her father had to do what he had to do, she knew it. “Four clans. Remem’er them?” he questioned. “Oh yeah! Shadowclan, Thunderclan, Riverclan and Windclan! All those brave cats that save cats like me!” she purred excitedly. “Yes, yes those” he managed a smile, maybe even a small chuckle. “Windclan was always my favor-“she began “I know honey but you need to listen.” He said sternly. She quickly shut her mouth embarrassedly and mouthed “I’m sorry”. “Go to one of them. Now it’s your time to be a brave kitty just like them. Travel towards the big bright puff in the sky and find one. I cannot take care of you anymore, I-I’m old now, and I love y..” he started to hack, roling on his side, awful rasping and painful noises. “Daddy are you okay? Daddy? I love you!” she said quickly as she started to lick his back in comfort. ‘you…” he finished, blood draining from his mouth. Through his long fur she saw a huge gash on his neck, and she gasped, realizing the cats had finished him. She gently raised her head to his chest, feeling no soothing “Pound, pound, pound” that usually came from it. “No…” she wailed, tears spotting her eyes. “I love you too...” she sniffled, curling into a ball next to him and enjoy the last warmth of his body. Visions and memories of her father flashed in her mind at once to her dismay, and she remembered him always telling her how much he loved her and she was the joy of his life. “He died at a good, old age..” she told herself, licking his pelt a few times. She would take his body with her, to the clans, so they could help her make a proper burial. She was satisfied at their last words, they were both “I love you”, just as she always wanted them to be. “Be a brave kitty” she told herself, watching the big bright ball of fire drown in the water above her. It always did this, she never understood why, but later the ball of fire would rise from the other side of the water and make the water go away. She slowly ebbed off to sleep, ignoring her own pelt and grooming his. Morning came, and she finished grooming her father into a respectable condition and burrowed underneath him, rising up so he slid on her back. With a stern face, she set off towards the big ball of light like Speckledpelt had said. “I will, become a clan cat.” She said determinedly. The rest of her life was fairly normal, the clan accepted her, she proved her strengths and her loyalty, and continues to be a strong warrior.

Blinking sleep out of her eyes, she flicked her ears and raised her head. The wind howled around her, and she smiled as the Windclan air seeped into her lungs. Stretching on the grass, she glanced at the fresh-kill pile and her eyes darted to the exit. The clan could use some pretty and she wanted to get out on the moor. With a twitch of her tail, she leaped to her feet and bounded to the exit, squinting at her bad-eyesight. About a dozen foxlengths away, she saw a rabbit twitching it’s nose in a field. Crouching into a hunting position, she snuck towards it, waiting for the right moment. She pounced, landing on top of the fuzzy white creature. She bit on it’s neck, blood seeping into her mouth. Refusing to enjoy it anymore, she brought it back to camp for the clan. Proud of her catch, she slipped back into camp and laid it gently down in the freshkill pile. Gazing around camp, she looked for someone to share a meal with. Gender:: She-cat
