Escape from the Madness

Iceheart woke up to the sun shining in her eyes through the bushes. It had been a couple of days after the gathering and everything was still disturbed. All of this Rouge nonsense was driving every cat crazy. Every swish of the leaves, every snapping twig sent cats flying up a tree, thinking it was a rouge.

Iceheart sighed and forced herself up. She looked around the warriors den. Everyone seemed to be sleeping. She walked over to the stream on the other side of the warriors den, careful not to step on anyone and lapped up some water.

"Hey. Anyone that's awake, I want to head out on a hunting patrol. Just a small one," Iceheart mewed softly. "Anyone that wants to come can just let me know. I'll be in the camp clearing."

And at that, Iceheart padded out of the warriors den and into the clearing. she purred. The sun was shinning and it was warm. New-Leaf is really nice this season, she thought.Maybe after the patrol I'll check up on Brindlepaw.The young apprentice literally blacked out after Toxicstar's meeting. I'm glad he's alright.

(( I'm not sure. I'd like for it to be majorly edited, because I don't think Shinko has posted at all yet, and Toxicstar hasn't ended the meeting. ))

((To be honest, Shinko isn't really sure WHAT to say. At the meeting, Brindlepaw is kind of unconscious. I was actually waiting for Toxicstar to have some kind of, you know, reaction to the fact that a critically wounded apprentice ran out of camp mewling as if his heart was breaking because of something she said.))
