Upon Returning

Toxicstar padded wearily ahead of her patrol until she had reached the camp. Padding tiredly in, she looked around. Her piercing green eyes scanned the camp. Was everyone accounted for? Did any cat leave camp and get murdered by the apparantly formidable Malice? Did any Gathering cats get mysteriously swept away on the journey back?

The lithe black she-cat sighed. Paranoia was all that filled her mind; that of an evil rogue who's plot was to turn the Clans against each other. She shook her head. I can't let thoughts of Malice drive me towards insanity. Next thing I know, I won't be getting any sleep. She thought bitterly, flicking her black-and-orange striped tail. She decided to then do a Clan meeting, and padded towards the Sky Vine.

Iceheart was one of the last to walk into camp. Phew, she thought, I am tired. she looked up to see Toxicstar walking toward the Sky Vine. I wonder whats going on, she thought, is Toxicstar really going to call a clan meeting this late?
Iceheart only wanted to go to sleep, but she walked over to a place where she could see, and hear Toxicstar from the Sky Vine.
"I hope this is interesting," she muttered quietly to herself.

Breezefur sat up where he was in the clearing, seeing Toxicstar return from the Gathering. Spotting the black warrior, he quickly trotted over to her, "How was the Gathering? Toxicstar looks tense. Did something go wrong?" The tabby warrior's tail was flicking with curiousity, waiting for the news to emerge from Iceheart's jaws. His green eyes flickered to the LeafClan leader, with worry.
Duskfur came back with his jaws full of his kill. Placing the two voles and mouse in the fresh-kill pile, he noticed the Gathering patrol was back. Quickly, he trotted over to one of his Clanmates that went, and silently talked to the other warrior.
His ears flattened as Iceheart told him everything. "Malice? The now-loner of Pineheart that we knew? Should've guessed she would done things to her old Clan." He snarled silently, "I'll keep a good eye out for the insane she-cat! If she dares to cross the LeafClan border, she'll wish--" He is cut off by Toxicstar's announcement.
