Name:: Jaystrike
Gender:: She-cat (Female)
Age:: Twenty-one moons
Clan/ Group:: CloudClan
Postion:: Deputy (Its up to you, if not, of course I won't mind :))
Description:: Jaystrike is a dark gray she-cat, with short but soft fur with a lean built. She has light blue eyes, close to the same shade as the sky on a sunny day or of jays' feathers. She has no markings to stand out on her pelt, nor any visible scars. But, if you look under her neck fur, there's this old gash right across her throat. Also, her ashy pelt turns into a bright silver in the moonlight, giving her an eerie appearance.
Personality:: Though young, some can mistaken Jaystrike as an elder because of her snappy attitude but only towards cats she doesn't like. Once you get to know her, she's a caring cat and even a loyaler friend; so loyal, that she'd put a cat before her, sometimes compelte strangers. But don't let that fool you, since she can judge people by first meeting, if you're good or bad to befriend. Jaystrike dislikes talking about her past, and with most likely bite your ear off if you ask her about her scar. She's also modest, and very self-conscious.
Family:: Silhouettefeather- Mother
Redflame - Father [status unkown]
Airpaw - Sister [status unknown]
Riotkit - Brother [pronouced dead; killed by fox]
History:: Jaystrike had a no-so-good kithood; seeing her mother attacked by numerous rogues and watching her silblings being stole away by her uncle Flamedeath. After that, she found out that her father was from LeafClan, and was killed by an adder's bite before her mother Silhouettefeather bore her and her silblings. When Flamedeath returned Airkit and not Riotkit after, he said that Riotkit was attacked by a fox and was unable to be saved. When she turned into an apprentice with Airpaw, still scarred by her brother's death and her family history, became a little anti-social and avoiding everybody. Until she met Spiritpaw, a rogue tom that lived outside of the Clans territories. For a while, she skipped training sessions to spend time with him, and letting Spiritpaw train her with rougher attack moves. Though she knew she couldn't possible have, nonetheless Jaystrike had feelings for the outsider. One evening, she confessed her feelings to Spiritpaw, but he reacted that she least expected; her beloved actually attacked her, calling her soft as a feather and that she needed to harden up. That's how she got her neck scar, from the only cat she'd ever loved. When her Clanmates came rushing, hearing the battling all the way from the camp, saw how bravely Jaystrike fought against the rogue despite her injuries and saw her chase him off terriory, they gave her warrior name that very night. Airpaw, upset that her sister got her name early, ran away with anger and sending Jaystrike into further depression. About four moons of self-isolation and rarely speaking to her Clanmates, she was on a solo-hunting patrol when she heard wailing of a kit. She hurried to the Foggy Stream, and saw a kit trapped between two small rocks, almost being carried away from the river. Quickly, Jaystrike saved the kit, thankfully without being also caught with the current, and ran back to camp soaking wet. As it turns out, it was one of the queens' kits whom snuck out of the camp, only to find one of their sliblings missing. She was highly praised by her Clan, making her quite popular and respected, which made the she-cat's hard anti-social shell disappear. About two moons after that, to her surprise she was given an apprentice; Sagepaw, the very kit she saved. Jaystrike questioned her leader about it, but he stated that she was a very fine warrior and that Sagepaw also was dealing with soical issues like her before. So, the two tried to be friendly towards each other, and from that very first day of training, the two was also like littermates; it was almost depressing when Sagepaw became a warrior, Sage-eye, and they couldn't be together quite as often as before. Pleased with Sage-eye's oblivious friendlyness towards his Clanmates and his fine battle skills, lead towards making Jaystrike deputy of the Clan.
(You may change anyway of how Jaystrike became deputy, since I ran out of ideas XD)
RolePlay Sample:: The half-moon's light shifted down through the fog, casting errie but brighten shadows on the ground. Somewhere close by, the bubbling water of the Foggy Stream echoed across the moist moorlands, along with the chirping of crickets and the faint croaking of frogs from DarkClan's territory. A little, unnatural movement of a moorland grass shook, then a feline stepped out, her light blue eyes scanning the misty plains. Then her nose twitched, and the she-cat continued on her way. She slowly stalked foward, her tail and head low to the ground and her ears barely perked up. The cat, Jaystrike, stopped suddenly, and focused on what she was looking for; the rabbit's pelt rippled under its body as it nibbled on a patch of fresh undergrowth, thanks to the newleaf's gifts. The hunter watched its prey for a moment more, then dashed foward. Once the cat's forepaws hit the ground, the rabbit was sent off running, but Jaystrike grinned. She'd always loved a little chase. Swiftly, she pursuited the creature's trail, her bounds quick and long. No less than a couple of heartbeats, and the CloudClan cat had caught up with the rabbit. And, careful as where she landed, Jaystrike leaped onto the rabbit, gripping the back of its neck with her sure jaws. Once the momentum slowed, the rabbit was already fresh-kill, having its spinal cord snapped. Pleased with her catch, she returned to the other pieces of prey she had caught earlier in the night and headed towards the dip in the ground, CloudClan's home. The deputy thought to herself, I hope newleaf bring more rabbits like this; this lump of fur could feed a whole litter of kits!
